We are a small farm based on the moors above the Incredibly Edible town of Todmorden. We grow all our own pigs which are genuinely free-range and outdoor living. We only grow rare breeds, and as such they have to be grown slowly and with the highest of welfare. Living in the fresh Yorkshire air is great for the pigs - but it brings challenges for us as real farmers , the type that the intensive units don't have. The end result makes those challenges truly worth it! We produce a range of charcuterie, Artisan sausages and bacon and a range of ready made meals with a difference. We are passionate about what we do and believe that we can make a difference by doing it! Porcus isn't just a farm - it's an ethos and a way of life for all involved.

What do you produce?
Artisan Sausages,Bacon and Charcuterie plus our Meal in a Jar - the ready meal with a difference!
Where do you source your ingredients / materials from?
We grow our own pigs on our Moorland farm. All rare breed and outdoor living all of their lives bar a few weeks for farrowing if the weather is particularly harsh. We source our other ingredients from as near to our farm as possible and try to work with as many likeminded producers as we can find!.
Why do your customers love your products?
We love what we do and are passionate about the environment and how our farm and animals fit into that formula. The welfare of our animals is paramount to everything we do, we care for and respect them, so that when the time comes for them to become food for all our tables we have amazing tasting meat that, in turn, becomes flavoursome recipes for all our products.
What are your best selling products?
We make fabulous sausages, our bacon is the kind you wake up for and our Charcuterie is found in some of the best restaurants throughout the country - even a 3* Michelin restaurant in Notting Hill!
