The Hampshire Cheese Company, founded by Stacey Hedges and Charlotte Spruce, is an award-winning artisan cheesemaker nestled in the green valleys of Hampshire. They produce two celebrated cheeses: Tunworth: a British Camembert-style cheese with a soft, white rind, rich earthy mushroom fragrance, and a long-lasting sweet and nutty flavour. Winslade: A soft, spoonable cheese encircled in a spruce collar, offering a rich buttery flavour with a distinctive pine note. Their cheeses are handcrafted using traditional methods, with milk sourced daily from a local single herd at Rotherfield Park, East Tisted, only a few miles from their creamery.
