What do you produce?

Gourmet mushrooms, medical mushrooms, mushroom jerky, mushroom stock and tinctures. Types of mushrooms include all different oyster mushroom varieties and lionsmane at present. I am also planning on increasing the variety very soon.

Where do you source your ingredients / materials from?

I try and source everything as locally as possible. For example my substraits are sourced from a small scale batch producer and the mycelium cultures are sourced either from foraged and cloned mushrooms or purchased from fellow UK mushroom cultivators. In addition my business is as circular as it can be, for example the mushrooms are grown forestry waste (wood sawdust or straw) which saves this product from being thrown away. I compost the spent mushroom bags in my local community garden which allows the nutrients to re-enter the food production cycle again.

Why do your customers love your products?

I think it's because they re super local. I can pick them and be at the market in 10 minutes. hem they are absolutely fresh. they look great and they are absolutely delicious. They also tell me they love supporting a small scale not for profit company.

What are your best selling products?

My best sellers are my tinctures which are small batch produced, double extracted with 100% fruiting bodies of mushrooms. My best selling mushroom is the mixed punnet with a selection of oyster and lions mane mushrooms. Also I run guided foraging walks in the main mushroom foraging season from September to December, which you can book on my website. These sell out fast

Where can we buy your products?

I sell the mushrooms, tinctures and grow kits at local markets like Herne Hill Market, West Norwood Feast and Beckenham Place Park.

Are you open for visitors? If yes, what are your opening hours?

Yes by arrangement you can visit my Mush Room. Please contact me via my website or Instagram.

Have you received any awards / lovely recommendations from experts (don't be shy!)?

I have 26 5 star google reviews from customers already!

Do you sell wholesale? If so how do we get in touch with you to discuss further?

Not yet, I'm working on this. If you're interested please get in touch.

Who's the best local producer near you (except you of course!)?

Henry from The Lockdown Garden Mushrooms company as he is AMAZING at working with different mycelium cultures and produces the best at home grow kits. He's also based in south east London.
