What do you produce?

I make homemade small batch preserves. I have a range of ten natural fruit compotes, four ketchups, a luxurious granola, lemon and orange marmalades and a range of Christmas special products including Christmas puddings and Kent cherries in either Brandy or Amaretto. I sell these products across markets in South London.

Where do you source your ingredients / materials from?

I cook carefully selected fruits, when they are in season, using natural and traditional preserving methods; no artificial preservatives or flavourings and I keep the sugar and salt as low as possible, making my products a healthy and flavourful alternative. Primary ingredients are selected with the utmost care and sourced locally, whenever possible, from family run farms and businesses in Kent. My Seville Orange and Sicilian Lemon Marmalades are made with organic fruit and sourced from small producers in Spain and Sicily.

Why do your customers love your products?

I have a loyal following of local customers, who love the care and attention I take in making my products and the fact that I source lots of my fruit locally and that I use a lot of recipes handed down to me from my mum who was great cook. Customers also love that I am a low environmental impact business, sourcing much of my fruit locally and reusing bottles and jars that customers return to me on my stalls for discounts off their next purchase.

What are your best selling products?

My Seville Orange and Sicilian Lemon Marmalades are my top selling products made using my mum's recipes. My healthy compotes are extremely popular as there are few products on the market that are so low in sugar (all under 15% added sugar). And at Christmas my super light, fruity, boozy Christmas puddings (including my new Vegan version) fly off my stall.

Where can we buy your products?

I sell my products at local markets around South London including Herne Hill Market, Crystal Palace Food Market and West Norwood Feast and customers can also order and collect from my home in West Norwood by arrangement.

Are you open for visitors? If yes, what are your opening hours?

Customer's can pre-order and collect from me at my home in West Norwood by arrangement.

Do you sell wholesale? If so how do we get in touch with you to discuss further?

I supply some small local businesses on a wholesale basis. Businesses interested in purchasing wholesale can either ring me on 079899756733 or email request me at fruitionpreserves@gmail.com

Who's the best local producer near you (except you of course!)?

Kimchi Radish. Kimmy makes the best Kimchi I have ever tasted. They are authentically Korean and she makes an interesting range of types of Kimchi including wild garlic Kimchi in the Spring.
