What do you produce?
Jams, Marmalades, Chutneys, Chilli Jams, Pickles, Cordials, Sauces and Liqueurs
Where do you source your ingredients / materials from?
We pick traditional traditional hedgerow and orchard fruits from abandoned orchards. We also try and always base our recipes on British fruit and veg that is locally available. We also look for farm surplus such as our best seller the Halloween Pumpkin Chutney which is saves over 1000kg of pumpkins a year.
Why do your customers love your products?
Unique wild flavours, high fruit content and no added preservatives or pectin. All made by our small team here in Macclesfield.
What are your best selling products?
Hogweed Curry Chutney, Hot Rhuby, Purple Pershore Plum Jam, Elderflower & Rhubarb Cordial and Pickled Pears.

Online and local delis and farm shops such as Scoop and Scales, Knowles Green, Corner Plot

We are just a production kitchen we are not open for retail customers.

For anyone visiting your area what's your "must see" local place?
Any of the surrounding hills as Macclesfield sits on the edge of the Peak District. Its only a short walk to Teggs Nose or Macclesfield Forrest where you can look back North to view over the Cheshire plain and Manchester.
