Nestled away in the countryside near Pembroke, Wales is a truly do-not miss farm-to-table dining experience. Housed in a converted cattle shed, the lucky few guests who hunt it down enjoy a daily changing set menu, crafted from seasonal, locally sourced ingredients including meat from their very own farm. They also occasionally sell their meat direct a couple of times a year, especially their mediterranean water buffalo - similar to beef but leaner.
