Pevensey Cheese

Pevensey Cheese is co-owned by two cheese makers (husband and wife team Martin and Hazel) and by the farmers who produce the milk used to make the cheese (David and Marian at Court Lodge Farm). Their flagship creation, Pevensey Blue, is a soft, creamy blue cheese crafted from organic cow's milk sourced from Court Lodge Farm. The cows graze on the Pevensey Levels, a National Nature Reserve, imparting unique flavours to the cheese. Since it's creation Pevensey Blue has garnered significant acclaim, including being named Reserve Champion and Best Blue Cheese at the Artisan Cheese Awards in 2023.
