Stonebeck Wensleydale is a raw milk farmhouse cheese crafted from the milk of 15 Northern Dairy Shorthorn cows, a rare Yorkshire Dales breed. Grazing on traditional wildflower meadows, their milk gives the cheese its soft, creamy texture and complex flavor. Made by hand, pressed, and calico-bound before maturing.
