Hi ! I'm Sioned and together with Meilir we breed and retail our wonderful Wagyu here in North Wales. For us our breeding Wagyu is about quality and not quantity and I find myself reflecting a lot on how my grandfather farmed here before us. Slow Steady and stress free translating into the most incredible melt in the mouth beef.
