Hello, I'm Heike Winter.
I’m an artisan mustard maker based on The Isle of Harris, Scotland with a passion for good and healthy food. The Hebridean Mustard Company produce artisan gourmet mustards using premium organic ingredients. I love developing and testing new recipes. I am hypercritical of ingredients for more than half of my life and would describe myself as experienced when it comes to backgrounds. I am keen on researching food trends and loads more ... there is so much to discover, develop and pass on to mustard lovers all over in the world. When I’m not on the mustard job, I love spending time with my partner, writing (poems, short stories and novels published in my first language) and indulging my love for exploring new places (and food) in Scotland and far beyond.
