Hello, I'm Claire Wayman.

I love food and the journey of it getting to our plates - from planting a seed​,​ nurturing​,​ harvesting and eating! This is why I set up Sunshine Co-operative​,​ to help localise the food chain and bring food to people that nourishes their mind​,​ body​,​ soul and taste buds! I love being in Nature​,​ walking barefoot on grass and dipping in the sea when I feel it's draw. And walking - walking with my husband - in silence or deep in conversation. But I like silence​,​ so I can hear the birds sing and the wind rustle.
