Seasonal cut flowers

I make homemade small batch preserves. I have a range of ten natural fruit compotes, four ketchups, a luxurious granola, lemon and orange marmalades and a range of Christmas special products including Christmas puddings and Kent cherries in either Brandy or Amaretto. I sell these products across markets in South London.

We offer a full selection of Wagyu Steaks, Wagyu Beef Joints, Braising steak, Mince and Diced Meat including our legendary burgers. Minimal Waste is important to us as is being sustainable so we are always creating wonderful new produce such as Liver Pâté and our very own charceuterie. Available to order online for local delivery, click and collect from our farm or nationwide delivery.

I grow a wide range of cut flowers, grasses and herbs from Mid April until the first frosts of Autumn.

I make premium garments using natural materials cotton, linen and wool.

I make handmade brooms and brushes in the European, Appalachian and Shaker styles using old world heritage methods (no machinery nor electricity) and a plant fibre called broomcorn (sorghum). I also use arenga and Tampico, which are also plant fibres but softer and better for delicate surfaces. I make traditional brushes like vegetable brushes, pot scrubbers and cake testers, to hand brooms and whisks for smaller jobs in the kitchen, hearth and altar to full sized cobwebber, kitchen and barn brooms. Children’s brooms and wedding brooms are popular too! Each is a work of art but meant to be used. Utilitarian folk art!
