Our rye is an evolutionary spring rye (meaning there is a high degree of genetic diversity in the crop) developed by Hans Larsson in Sweden Both our wheat and rye have above-average values for most key minerals. We also sell sourdough starter, high quality baking equipment and books including our co-founder and honorary chair Andrew Whitley's bestselling bread 'bible' 'Bread Matters'.

Wallace Sewell is a UK-based design studio known for its innovative textiles, including scarves, throws, cushions, and rugs. The design process begins on handlooms in their London and Dorset studios, before production takes place at a family-run mill in Lancashire, combining cutting-edge technology with craftsmanship. With a focus on creativity and quality, Wallace Sewell continues to create unique, functional textiles that stand out in both design and craftsmanship.

We produce a range of handmade, small-batch cheeses, including our signature St Andrews Farmhouse Cheddar, a rich and flavourful cheese with a characteristic tang, which is aged to perfection. Our crumbly white Anster is named after the near by town of Anstruther and is similar in style to the traditional territorial crumblies - Cheshire & Caerphilly. Its complex flavour profile has a delightful citrus finish, complimented by its earthy aroma. We also smoke both of our cheeses on farm, using wood from Scottish Whisky barrels for our St Andrews Cheddar and oak chippings for Anster. Anster Red is our nod to flavour added for cheese lovers who like a little something different. Unlike other flavour added cheeses, Anster Red is made as a traditional farmhouse cheese using unpasteurised milk & animal rennet. We add annatto (a natural food colouring derived from a South American berry), to the milk to give the cheese a distinctive orange hue and mix fresh garlic & herb into the curds for a truly unique artisan cheese.

We produce a range of sweet and savoury bakery products. Biscuits for cheese are our specialty and we make award-winning water biscuits and oatcakes in a number of flavours. We also produce a range of puff-pastry cheese straws made with Scottish cheeses from the highlands, and shortbread and oaties in collaboration with the Hebridean Baker.

Our range includes our signature Graveney Gin, our herbaceous Grove Fever, and the elegant and unique Figges Marsh Gin, drawing on lead botanicals including fresh figs, honey and vanilla. We also offer weekly Gin Tasting Experiences from our bar in Tooting Market.

We produce canned fish and seafood; high quality, handmade Conservas that take a lot of time and skill.

We produce fruit and veg boxes - a variation of sizes and assortments. We also sell a range of local products such as bread, dairy, eggs, jams, chutneys, sauces, fermented foods etc.

We love making mugs and bowls on the potter’s wheel, but we also make cheese plates and hand decorated plates that are designed with leaves hand carved freehand into slip, which is coloured clay. Each piece is unique, as each piece is hand crafted by us, here in our garden studio in Bath, UK.

I grow flowers and willow and from these produce bunches, bouquets and arrangements, as well as a range of basketry items for the home and garden. I also sell plants that I've grown from seed or propagated here.

Rootfull grows textile from grass root

A range of bespoke knives with handles made from Anglesey wood. All the wood is vacuum stabilised in the workshop to make the handles harder and tough wearing. My range includes bushcraft, whittling, kitchen, filleting and bread knives. The knives include either a hand sewn and hand dyed leather case or wooden sayas. I am also able to restore old tools by creating new handles and renovating the blades. I also make coffee scoops, spatulas and spoons, bread boards and other small wooden items. As well as making items I also run courses in bushcraft and green woodworking. These are for both adult and children.
